You Deserve to Be Happy
SOME PEOPLE WORK hard to change and grow; to be better; more who they want to be, and are meant to be here on earth.
Old victim stories, patterns, and choices that no longer stand for who you are can suddenly appear. The past affects us all but, you do not have to give in to other people, things, emotions that may try to drag you down, such as family — friends — work — anger — guilt — fear — regret — shame — uncertainty.
Continue to be brave and grateful, and make positive, healthy choices to support who you are now, rather than weaken or betray your best self.
