You Can Create Change

MANY OF US zero in on what is not working — broken — needs to change and be fixed in our culture.

There’s another choice to be made — seeing opportunities to create something you hope will work and will make things better.

You have to want this and change what you want to change — not just imagine and complain and criticize but do the work to make things happen.

> Make a choice.

> Commit to it.

> Build an achievable plan.

> Work at it every day with the belief you will make change happen.

It’s the daily practice that gets you where you desire to go — creating — leading.

You have endless possibilities and potential.

Start.

Thanks — Michael
