– Open
– Showing the truth and the facts
– Not being invisible, hidden, deceptive.
Transparency is honesty — having integrity by sharing your thoughts and choices so all others know what is going on.
Usually, there is trust when there is transparency.
The idea of being transparent can terrify and anger people because you’re vulnerable, and you can be held accountable for your words and actions.
What a relief it is to be transparent!
– You can be ethical.
– You don’t have to cover anything up.
– You can live with honor and gratitude because you stand for truth.
People will be able to say —
“I see right through you, and I trust what I see.”
